OVERVIEW:

Make your first deposit and first credit purchase between $10 and $250 to qualify for a 100% match in Bonus Credits—doubling your initial purchase amount.

Example: Deposit $200 → Purchase $100 in Credits → Receive an additional $100 in Bonus Credits → Play with a total of $200.

• Minimum Bonus Credits: $10

• Maximum Bonus Credits: $250

To convert any winnings from Bonus Credits into withdrawable funds, you must complete a wagering play-through requirement equal to TEN (10) times the original First-Time Bonus amount.

• Example: $100 Bonus Credits requires $1,000 in total wagered credits before withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is allowed.

All wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the Bonus Credits. If the playthrough requirement is not met within 30 days, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited. This offer is available to first-time purchasers only. Standard eligibility rules apply.

TERMS GLOSSARY

• “Deposit” is defined as real money cash that the Player has deposited into their registered player account.

• “Play” & “Play-through” is defined as the total credits wagered in gameplay or through “reveal all” during the promotional period.

• “First-Time Credit Purchase” is defined as the denomination of the first credit package you select and purchase with funds from your Cash Wallet (https://horseplay.com/en/wagers) from the start of the promotional period to the end of the promotional period.

• Offer will run Wednesday, May 28th, 2025 and end June 30th, 2026 at 11:59pm PT.

WHO - Participant Eligibility

• To enter the Promotion, you must be 21 years or over, a registered Player of Horseplay, and located in a state where Horseplay is regulated and operated within the United States of America.

• Players must have previously accepted the site general Terms and Conditions (https://horseplay.com/en/terms-and-conditions).

• Closure of your Player account prior to or during the promotional period or before the Bonus Credits is awarded to your Player account will disqualify you from this Promotion and you will not be eligible to receive a bonus.

• Players will not be able to make a first-time withdrawal from their account until the play-through requirement on the Bonus Credits is also met - see below for details.

HOW TO QUALIFY - Requirement During the Promotional Period

• Make your first-time cash deposit of $10 – $250.

• Buy your first-time credit package of $10 – $250 using that deposit.

BONUS AMOUNT - Calculation of Bonus

• We match 100% of that first-time credit purchase in Bonus Credits.

• Minimum bonus $10; maximum bonus $250.

• Example: buy $100 in credits, get $100 Bonus Credits (total to play = $200). Only the purchase amount is matched; the size of your deposit doesn’t change the bonus.

• Example: Make a first-time Deposit of $20, Make a first-time Credit Purchase of $10, the Player would qualify for 100% match on the $10 Credit Purchase and receive an additional $10 in Bonus Credits.

• Example: Make a first-time Deposit of $250, Make a first-time Credit Purchase of $250, the Player would qualify for 100% match on the $250 Credit Purchase and receive an additional $250 in Bonus Credits.

PAYOUT PROCEDURE AND PRIZE REDEMPTION

• Bonus Credits earned, as applicable, will be credited to Players’ accounts instantly on completion of the above qualifying criteria. In case of technical issues, the bonus will be credited within five (5) business days. If bonus credits haven’t appeared after 24 hours, email support@horseplay.com.

WITHDRAWAL REQUIREMENTS - Wagering requirement to unlock withdrawals

• Before you can withdraw any winnings that came from Bonus Credits, you must buy and wager credits equal to 10x (ten times) your first-time credit purchase.

  • If your first purchase was $20, you must wager $200 in total credits.

  • You can use winnings in your Cash Wallet to buy more credits. If your Cash Wallet is depleted to $0, you’ll need another deposit to finish the play-through.

WITHDRAWAL PLAY-THROUGH REQUIREMENTS EXAMPLE:

• A Player makes a first-time deposit of $40 and a first-time credit purchase of $20, qualifying for $20 Bonus Credits.

• They start playing with a total credit balance of $40 ($20 of their own real money purchased credits and $20 Bonus Credits awarded through this promotion).

• After playing through the entire credit balance, any winnings will be transferred to the Player’s cash wallet.

• To make a first-time withdrawal from these funds, the Player must first purchase and play through credits totaling at least ten (10) times their original credit purchase. In this example, they would need to purchase and play at least $200 in credits to be eligible for any withdrawal.

• The player can use funds from the cash wallet in order to purchase more credits to meet this requirement. If the cash wallet is depleted before meeting this requirement, an additional cash deposit may be needed.

The Player has thirty (30) days following the date on which the Bonus Credits were credited to complete the steps above for the prizes from the Bonus Credits to become fully withdrawable.

If the Player has not completed the steps above within the thirty (30) days following the date on which the Bonus Credits were credited, the Player will forfeit the Bonus Credits and any winnings derived from the Bonus Credits.
